Hale Manu

The Hale Manu (“Bird House”) is the home tiki bar of Mo and Justin Bird. We started building it in October of 2016, and haven’t stopped.  Hale Manu contains a mix of traditional tiki and nautical elements. Papua New Guinea carvings are displayed throughout, including a 5-foot tall ‘mask’ we call Fred.  The nautical corner of the room features a stack of old crates and barrels which are flanked by two ship doors. In true tiki bar fashion, it’s always going to be about 75% done.
